Baked Cheesecake vs. No-Bake Cheesecake: Which Do You Prefer and Why?

Please share the recipe for your favorite cheesecake. I have run out of ice cream and need to make a dessert today that will hopefully last until grocery shopping on Thursday. :sweat_smile:

I enjoy Italian (ricotta) cheesecake. It’s not as sweet as New York style, but it does have some lemon zest. It’s not something I made for myself, however.

I prefer a rich, flavorful old-fashioned cheesecake, New York-style. I can’t provide a recipe since it’s all in my brain from preparing it so many times with my grandmother. It’s simply instinct, no measures.
