Hello! I want to start using a handmade mix instead of a store-bought one because I adore using my bread maker to create banana bread. Is there anyone who would be willing to share their go-to mix recipe? Right now, I use banana mix from Pillsbury Quick Bread.

Homemade Banana Bread Mix
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon (optional)
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
Instructions:
- Combine Dry Ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon (if using).
- Add Sugars: Stir in the granulated sugar and brown sugar until well combined.
- Store the Mix: Transfer the mix to an airtight container or a zip-top bag. Label it with the date and store it in a cool, dry place until you are ready to use it.
