Blood Orange and Olive Oil Upside-Down Cake

So good! Orange throughout, a little bitter from the blood orange. Floral olive oil taste, very moist.

Also a big fan of Claire! So, I’ve seen this cake so many times and each one is just as beautiful as the last :heart_eyes:

What olive oil did you use? I always hesitate to make this because I can’t find a good olive oil in my area, so I’ll have to buy something online.

I’m pretty much limited to the standard grocery store brands unless I order online. To my very great dismay, I live in West Virginia. Also, is your name a reference to Black Jewels? I love that series so much!
