Yes! The recipe I used says danish but I def think it’s more kolache.

Wow, thank you for the love! Happy to share the recipe, makes 7-8:

260 g of blueberries (frozen or fresh)
1 tsp of cornstarch
2 tbsp of lemon juice
1-2 tsp of sugar

Add blueberries and sugar to a pot on medium heat. Mix the cornstarch in the lemon juice and add to the pot. Let it simmer until soft about 10-15 mins. Set aside to cool

Dough: I used this! Arina Kysh on Instagram: "Raspberry Cheesecake Danishes 🤍 Danishes: 250 g warm milk 10 g dry yeast 70 g sugar 500 g flour 80 g melted butter 2 egg yolks 1 tsp vanilla pinch of salt Filling: (feel free to double the filling recipe if you want more of the cheesecake filling!) 1/2 pack of cream cheese (approximately 100 g) 25-30 g powdered sugar 1/2 tsp vanilla splash of milk raspberries Streusel: 1 tbsp sugar 2 tbsp flour 15 g cold butter (I like to grate the cold butter on a fine grater, otherwise you can cube the butter) Egg wash: 1 egg Splash of water or milk Whisk warm milk, yeast, and a couple pinches of the sugar from the 70 g. Let’s stand for 15 minutes Add in the rest of the sugar, melted butter, yolks, salt, flour, and vanilla. Knead until smooth dough forms and let rise for 1 hour. Divide into eight sections. Form balls and then flatten. Let rise for 15 minutes. Combine all the streusel ingredients and blend with your fingers until a sand like texture forms. Using a small cup or just your fingers make a divot in the center of the rounds. Pipe or scoop the filling into the center. Place the raspberries on top. Brush with egg wash and sprinkle with a streusel topping. Bake at 350 F for 20 to 25 minutes."

@Nico
so how was the dough? would you make it again or didn’t really love it? it looks lovely and I want to make it but looks can be deceiving so I want to make sure it was as good as it looks lol
