My wife got me the book for Christmas, so I’ve just been looking through and baking stuff from it. It is hard for me to make the same recipe many times. I like to try new things, so this is a good excuse for me to try out lots of new recipes.

I suggest the perfectly pillowy cinnamon rolls. It was a recipe of the year, and it is great. I make a few, put them in boxes, and give them as gifts.

Nice. I saw that one. I did the sour cream coffee cake today for brunch. It was a big hit. But cinnamon rolls are a problem. I haven’t made cinnamon rolls for my wife and daughter that they like better than the ones that come in a tube. The other problem is waiting for them to rise lol.
