Ingredients:
- Brioche flour: 500g
- Salt: 9g
- Sugar: 70g
- Dry yeast: 7.5g (or 15g fresh)
- Eggs (beaten): 150g
- Whole milk: 150g
- Butter (soft): 150g (I used 165g, but you can go up to 300g if you want!)
