I had 1kg of slightly expired (not opened, so in good condition) fromage blanc. It would’ve been a waste to throw it away, so I decided to do a cheesecake with that, and it turned out fantastic
Great use of fromage blanc! Please share your recipe.
Wow, amazing job! Looks absolutely delicious
And no cracks! Bravo!
Now I want to head to the store for a cheesecake of my own! Yum!
@Max
Also, if you lift it about an inch from the counter and let it drop, bubbles will come to the surface and pop.
That looks amazing!! I bet it tastes amazing too.
Yum!
Looks great!
Looks tasty!
What a beaut!
That looks yummy!!!
Looks fantastic!
Now I’m hungry!
Nom nom nom.
That’s amazing! Can I have a bit, please?
I used to use a closed stainless steel pan about that size and I’d bake on an electric range, but I no longer can. I have a gas stove and a conventional oven now. Can I ask how you cooked this?

My concern is that baking with gas makes it burn on the bottom if I try to mimic my old electric range.
