I used to love making and decorating cupcakes. Over the past few years, I moved a few times, went to grad school, started a new job, lost my tips, recipes, and other supplies along the way, and didn’t get a chance to get back into the hobby. I asked my mom if she wanted to do a craft or cake decorating over Thanksgiving weekend and she was in. Here is where we ended up. It’s not perfect but I’m happy with it after a long break from baking.

They’re beautiful!!! I moved last year and still haven’t baked much so this inspires me to finally christen my kitchen with my stand mixer.

I borrowed my mom’s stand mixer for this one. I’m still rocking my old cheap hand mixer at home. I think I’m also ready to take the leap for the KitchenAid stand mixer I have been thinking about for many years. Looking forward to seeing how the upgrade turns out for you! Keep us posted!
Christmas theme yes!
