Hey everyone! So, I had a long day at work and totally forgot to take the chicken out of the freezer for dinner tonight. :weary: Now it’s 5 PM, and our friends are coming over at 7! I want to make sure I thaw it safely to avoid any food safety issues. I’ve heard various methods, but I’m a bit nervous about what’s best.
