If you’re melting 2 cups of regular or jumbo-sized chocolate chips, microwave them for 2 minutes at 50% power, stirring every 20 seconds. For 2 cups of mini chocolate chips, microwave them for 1 1/2 minutes at 50% power, also stirring every 20 seconds.

I normally Heat the chocolate in the microwave at about 30 seconds intervals, stirring each time untill it begins to melt then I lower the intervals while I continue to stir in between until the chocolate is smooth, you can try that

The best way to melt chocolate chips for freezing with Greek yogurt is with a double boiler. It’s gentler than the microwave, which can easily overheat chocolate and make it seize (turn clumpy). The double boiler uses indirect heat, so you can slowly melt the chocolate chips while stirring frequently. This helps ensure a smooth, luscious texture that’ll complement the creamy Greek yogurt perfectly when frozen.

The best way to melt chocolate chips is by using a microwave or you can also heat water in a saucepan heat ,1/2 inch to up to 1 inch of water in the saucepan, and once the water boils, return it to a simmer. Add the chocolate chips and then Place the chocolate chips into the double boiler insert or another metal bowl, Stir as the chocolate melts slowly, it melts more times than the Stove.
