I baked some savory scones with bacon, cheddar, and chives!

I’ve been rediscovering my love for baking, and this is my third creation! I used King Arthur Baking’s recipe and decided to triple it to make mini versions. Unfortunately, I made a mistake and cut them after baking instead of before :man_facepalming:. So, they look a bit rougher than I had hoped, but they still taste delicious. Is this the way to go about it?

Cutting the mini versions after baking instead of before might have affected the appearance, but as long as they taste delicious :yum:, that’s what really matters :joy: :joy:

Baking is all about experimentation and learning! Next time, try cutting before baking for neater results. The taste matters most, so keep enjoying the process and refining your techniques—it’s part of the fun in baking!
