My grandmother’s recipe for Swedish cookies is quite flexible! Typically, we create Schackrutor (chess squares), Syltkakor (jam cookies), Finska pinnar (finnish sticks), and regular ones with fork marks on them. The recipe is below; feel free to change any of the ingredients:
