Thank you so much! I don’t know if it’s exactly perfect yet, but I’m super happy with our first try. I won’t be totally satisfied until I can emulate the tarts that I’ve had in Europe, haha.

This is the blackberry caramel tart recipe from Claire Saffitz’s cookbook Dessert Person. I highly recommend purchasing it; she has many wonderful recipes! If you like carrot cake, her recipe for it is life-changing.
This is a perfect looking pie.
