Peanut butter chocolate chip cookies from Sally’s Baking Addiction are a favorite—my fiancé constantly begs me to make them…
I used milk chocolate and peanut butter chips in this recipe. I’m an amateur baker. I’ve only made cookies about 5 times.
Ooh, which recipe did you use?
Here’s the recipe: Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies
Edit: The recipe calls to chill the dough for 1 hour, but I like to leave it in the fridge overnight and take them out when the oven is preheated to keep the cookies from spreading.
These look amazing! They have that perfect ‘cracked’ look.
These look so perfect, omgggg! I’m a sucker for pb and chocolate!
My son likes making Sally’s cookie recipes. Most of them seem to call for melted butter, which means he doesn’t have to remember to soften the butter hours in advance.
I like to cube the butter and let it sit for about an hour. It helps it soften a little faster. I’ve never had a fail using Sally’s recipes. She makes them easy and gives great information.
Try adding some salted peanuts. Omg, so good!
I love doing that when I have them on hand!
They look sooo good!
Amazing looking cookies! Why haven’t I made these before?
These look amazing! I love the recipes on Sally’s Baking Addiction.
How did you get them so uniform?
I weigh each cookie out so they come out the same size and bake evenly. I also chill the dough overnight. The cold dough keeps them from spreading. I roll them into balls and then press down slightly. I also like to roll them in coarse sugar when I have it. I didn’t have it this time, but got no complaints, lol.

Do you have a photo of the inside?
I can’t add photos to comments, but I did add an inside pic on a separate post.
This recipe is so delicious and simple! How did you get the cracks so perfect?
I have NordicWare baking sheets; they tend to take longer to bake, but the pan heats evenly.
