Looks so good. Totally in love with the all-natural aspect too. I worry about all those supersaturated artificial icing colors. They cannot be doing any good.

Proper consistency, spinning cake stand, piping bag, offset spatula. I did a final smoothing with a warm offset spatula after the cake chilled in the fridge a bit.

Maybe a small amount of stabilized whipped cream? My frostings are loaded with butter and sugar, so I’m not sure.
