This week has been all about baking, and it’s been a whirlwind of delicious firsts!
First up, I made my very first Chocoflan—and it was a success! In fact, I’m already planning to bake another one today.
The second slide features breakfast rolls, which are like savory cinnamon rolls but filled with a dreamy combination of cream cheese, bacon, onion, mushroom, and spinach.
I also tried my hand at double chocolate sourdough for the first time, and it turned out perfectly. Unfortunately, I couldn’t capture a great shot of the full loaf, so a half-piece photo will have to do!
Finally, the last slide showcases cupcakes I made for my nephew’s birthday. He requested vanilla cupcakes with marshmallow fluff filling and vanilla buttercream—and they were a hit!
Everything turned out so delicious, and I’m genuinely proud of myself for stepping out of my comfort zone, staying patient, and trying new things. Baking this week has been such a fun and rewarding experience!
