I absolutely love all things s’mores, so I decided to make a s’mores cake for my birthday! I made one last year as well, but this version was so much better—both in taste and appearance.
This was probably the most complex cake I’ve ever made, with multiple components coming together, but I had an amazing time baking it. It was also my first-ever drip cake, and I finally invested in a blow torch (because trying to toast marshmallows with a lighter is not ideal—trust me on that one).
In the end, I was thrilled with the final result and couldn’t have asked for a better birthday cake
