Some Totally Masculine Eclairs I Made šŸ¤·šŸ»ā€ā™‚ļø

Just sharing because, yeah, guys can bake too! I made these eclairs for my college students since theyā€™ve been doing well this semester. Thought Iā€™d treat them with something a little sweet, and they were a hit!

The process was fun, and the eclairs turned out pretty great, if I say so myself. Filled them with vanilla pastry cream and topped with chocolate glaze. What do you guys think? Anyone else here who enjoys baking but doesnā€™t want to admit it?

Oh no, Iā€™m almost scared to ask what makes them masculineā€¦Please donā€™t say itā€™s the cream usedā€¦

:heart_eyes:I love me some manly French pastries. When that cream filling spurts out into my mouthā€¦

That sounds like a fun (but messy!) experience! To fill eclairs without making a mess, try using a piping bag with a small, round tip. Insert the tip into the bottom or side of the eclair, and squeeze gently to fill them. Also, make sure the filling is smooth and not too thick, which will make it easier to control. Using a steady, even pressure will help prevent overfilling. You could also try placing the eclairs on a clean surface or tray to catch any extra filling that might spill.

I work with a bunch of male bakers what lol

Much manly, very baking, wowā€¦But seriously, those look absolutely amazing! Congratsā€¦

That is strange. I mean, isnā€™t Paul Hollywood a famous bread expert? And arenā€™t there tons of male pastry chefs in the culinary world? Even Le Cordon Bleu was mostly male-dominated back in the day.

Of course men can bakeā€”and they do it really well. Itā€™s kind of ridiculous to think otherwiseā€¦

Eclairs are a tasty treat that anyone can make and enjoy. They donā€™t have a genderā€”theyā€™re not alive, just delicious. Enjoy them without limitsā€¦
