A guy who used to work for the same guy I work for would bake those occasionally and I’d always go over to the store and buy a container of them. They were so good!
Now he doesn’t work there anymore and I need to figure out how to make them myself.
Oh my word. I started drooling at the pistachio raspberry then read Gingerbread and Lemon - what a combination. Very creative and undoubtedly delicious!
I love the combo of gingerbread and lemon in perfume- to eat would be delicious! I love both of these cool and creative cookies!
Pistachios
I used a similar stamp on a soft gingerbread once- it was a set of Frozen (the movie) themed cookie stamps. I don’t care much about the movie, but the stamps were so great! Is this the same set? I did Tartine’s soft glazed gingerbread tile recipe with them.
