Weekend Cake Slices: Which Flavor Would You Pick?

Hey all,

I sell cake slices every weekend and love trying out new flavors! Here are some I’ve done recently:

  • Lemon Strawberry Crumble Cheesecake
  • Cookies and Cream Cake with coffee Oreo buttercream
  • White Chocolate Raspberry with raspberry cake layers, white chocolate buttercream, filled with raspberry white chocolate ganache and raspberry compote
  • Blueberry Crumble Cheesecake (sold with blueberry compote on the side)
  • Chocolate Cake with chocolate frosting and a chocolate mousse filling

Curious to hear what catches your eye! Any flavors you’d want to see next? And if you’ve got flavor ideas, I’m all ears…

I simply call it weekend slices because I only sell on weekends as a busy university student. There would be no difference if I was doing slices during the week.
