Oh no! Don’t worry, there are plenty of egg substitutes you can use! Mashed bananas work great—just use 1/4 cup for each egg!":sparkles:

You could try applesauce! 1/4 cup of unsweetened applesauce can replace one egg and it adds some moisture too! :green_apple::heart:

I’ve had success with yogurt as well! Use 1/4 cup of plain yogurt for each egg—it’s creamy and delicious :spoon::blush:

Flaxseed meal is a great option! Just mix 1 tablespoon of flaxseed meal with 2.5 tablespoons of water and let it sit for a few minutes. It works like magic :magic_wand::ear_of_rice:

If you have silken tofu, you can blend 1/4 cup of it for each egg. It’s super smooth and won’t change the flavor much :chopsticks::white_heart:

Have you tried using buttermilk? 1/4 cup can replace an egg and it’ll keep your cake moist :milk_glass::sparkles:

How about using vinegar and baking powder? Combine 1 tablespoon of vinegar (like apple cider) with 1 teaspoon of baking powder for each egg. It works wonders :test_tube::tada:

Chia seeds are another great option! Just mix 1 tablespoon of chia seeds with 2.5 tablespoons of water and let it sit for a few minutes until it gels. :seedling::sweat_drops:
