Ok the most favorite and most impressive Christmas cookie recipe is the Linzer cookies, they are not only delicious but also have a festive look that makes them a perfect addition to any holiday cookie platter.

Though it’s not particularly sophisticated, I would choose my grandmother’s rollout shortbread cookie recipe over any other cookie recipe. (What makes it is homemade icing sugar, excellent/homemade vanilla extract, quality butter, and egg yolk.)
