As the title suggests, I am helping my mom find a chocolate mousse recipe. She has two options: one is simple with fewer ingredients and an easy process, while the other is more complex and seems prone to mistakes.
Does anyone have a good recipe or advice on choosing between the two? I’m concerned that a very simple recipe might not taste as good.
Just wanted to share this really simple, UPF-free recipe for chocolate mousse.
After meals, I generally have a want for anything chocolatey, and this is by far the nicest thing I’ve found this year. The flavor of this is dark chocolate, so if you want to mellow the cocoa flavor, feel free to add more milk.
Ingredients (for two): 1/2 cup of any milk or veggie drink; 2 dates; 2 tablespoons of pure cocoa powder; and 2 large avocados
Steps: Simply place all ingredients in a blender and run! Yes, it is that simple! Usually, I add some fresh raspberries on top! I hope you adore it.
