Do you have any recipes for baked goods that ship well?

I wanted to be sure the cookies would be fine for the few days they spend in transportation before sending them to my buddy who lives overseas. My first plan was to partially bake them so he could finish them in the oven and they would taste fresh, but I would welcome any advice on how to keep them fresh.

To keep cookies fresh during shipping, bake them fully and allow them to cool completely. Then, seal them in airtight bags. Including a desiccant pack or a slice of bread in the packaging can help preserve their freshness.

If the cookies will be in transit for a long time, freezing them before shipping can help maintain their freshness.
