I’m having a bit of a problem with the donuts I’m making at work, and I’m hoping someone here can help me figure it out. For some reason, the icing on our donuts keeps coming out looking really nasty, and we can’t figure out why.
We’re thinking it might be because we’re putting cold icing on hot donuts, but we’re not entirely sure. Has anyone else experienced this? Could that really be the issue, or is there something else we’re missing?
Any tips or advice would be greatly appreciated—our donuts are supposed to look delicious, not like a mess. Thanks in advance
