I was always really intimidated by the thought of making croissants, so I kept putting it off until now. I finally gave it a try yesterday, and they turned out delicious…
I definitely struggled with shaping them and don’t think I did it very well, but what matters most is that they taste good, right? I’d love any tips you have for improving!

IMO that is a bakery worthy croissant! It looks delicious, good job

I mostly used Claire’s YouTube video as a reference, found it easier to follow along
First attempt wow. Even my first attempt during baking lab didn’t come out this nice. These look awesome
