My Banana nut bread and fall go hand in hand

I’ve never wanted a decorative pan more than I do this second. You’ve made me impulse purchase. Thank you.

I’m sorry, but also you’re welcome because they make baking way more fun. This subreddit is why I have them, lol.

That looks absolutely beautiful!

What a beautiful banana nut bread! Like I just want to stare at it and not eat it :joy:

Thank you! And right?! It was hard to eat after seeing how it turned out but worth it!

Looks so good! Is the pattern from a pan? Is it on the bottom of a loaf pan or top or something? Nice job!

Thank you! Yeah, the design is from a pan made by Nordic Ware. This subreddit convinced me to buy one on impulse, lol.

@Dallas
What did you do to make it not stick? I’ve always wanted one of their pans! Gorgeous bake :heart:

Thank you! I always grease the pan with butter and haven’t had issues with sticking so far! :blush:

I use Pam cake spray for the pans with lots of books and crannies. It’s like regular Pam but with flour added.

That looks awesome!

I use mine to bake pumpkin-gingerbread loaf. Only trouble is my 3-year old insists on having a whole pumpkin on her piece.

That looks tasty and pretty the design.

Looks yuuum!

What do you use to keep the batter from sticking to the pan?
