Thank you so much! I was trying to make a roll cake but my cake began tearing/splitting as I began rolling! I immediately stopped and decided to cut out circles with my pastry mold to create the little cakes and used the scraps for trifle!

I made peanut butter cookies one day and… forgot the peanut butter!
