Seasonal baked goods I could introduce in my baking shop throughout the year

As I stand in my cozy baking shop, I can’t help but feel the buzz of the changing seasons. With fall approaching, I’m brainstorming ways to entice customers year-round with seasonal baked goodies :fallen_leaf:. I want to introduce new flavors and treats that resonate with each season’s essence, but I’m a bit stuck on where to start. What seasonal baked goods could I introduce in my baking shop throughout the year? Any unique ideas or traditional favorites that you think would wow my customers? Thank you all for your sweet suggestions! :cake::sparkles:

For fall, how about introducing pumpkin spice muffins and warm pumpkin pie sliders? A twist on traditional favorites could be pumpkin spice brownies too.

As the leaves change, nothing says fall like freshly baked apple cider donuts. Consider a seasonal apple pie crumble or caramel apple cupcakes as well.

For spring, think about lavender-infused shortbread cookies or lemon-blueberry scones. A fresh strawberry rhubarb pie or floral macarons can also brighten up your display.

Move into summer with refreshing treats like key lime pie bars or peach cobbler. Don’t forget about fruity tarts and coconut macaroon bites for a tropical vibe.

Don’t forget savory options! As seasons change, incorporate soft pretzel bites in the fall/winter and herb-infused focaccia in the spring/summer.

Offer flavored scones based on the season – cranberry orange for winter, lemon cranberry for spring, blueberry for summer, and pumpkin for fall.

Consider workshop days where customers can join in on making seasonal treats—like DIY pie-making for Thanksgiving or decorating holiday cookies—creating a community experience.
