I don’t have a name or recipe for it—I made it up a few years ago, and it was such a big hit that everyone asks for it every year.

The first time it was just raspberries and blackberries, but I added a handful or two of cranberries in later years because they turn into a natural gelatin when cooked (like when making cranberry sauce) so it made the inside of the pie have more structure instead of just being juicy!

My MIL makes a cranberry pie similar to this one every year for Christmas, and it’s one of my faves.

Looks so beautiful! Love the addition of cranberries. I might have to try that!

Sidenote: my parents used to play Nat King Cole’s Christmas album on a record player when we were growing up. So nostalgic! I still listen to it every year when we put up and decorate our tree!
